Financial Peace Here We Come

Today we started our Financial Peace course! Lindsey surprised me and bought us the course. Thanks Hun! I am so excited to get to take this class. We recently started getting the Fox Business channel and now Lindsey watches Dave Ramsey more than me. (I listen to his podcasts when I [...]

Taste of Freedom

I know it has been a little while since I made a post.  I am really sorry, but I have been very busy.  I have been looking for some ways to bring in some extra income to help get this debt down and my efforts have been fruitful.  In keeping true to our goal,  we [...]

I really need to vent about a trend I am seeing in local fast food restaurants.  I was wondering if anyone else is seeing this and if it is happening everywhere or just around here?

Murphy Strikes

Murphy’s law visited us this morning and gave our clothes dryer a case of the “don’t do nuthins.” And now it is sitting on the street.  Thanks to Dave Ramsey, we didn’t have to use debt to handle this minor emergency.  We were able to divert some of our debt payoff budget to our [...]
