I graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in 2004 with a BS in Management and a certificate in Information Technology Management.

I work at IBEC, Inc., in their Hokes Bluff, AL Network Operations Center as the Director of Network Operations. I supervise and direct all Network Operations, including a 24×7 Customer Support staff. I am responsible for planning, implementation, and maintenance of all of our networks, including a nationwide dialup network, our nationwide Broadband over PowerLine (BPL) deployments, and the supporting Data Center located within our NOC.

Outside of work, I am self-employed as a Network Consultant and Web Designer. I have over 13 years of experience in the IT field.
